أستاذ ورئيس قسم الجرافيك وعميد كلية الفنون الجميلة الأسبق بجامعة المنيا، بعثة إلى ألمانيا من 1995 إلى 1997 لدراسة الدكتوراه فى فنون الكتاب بجامعة ايرفورت بألمانيا ودرس الليثوجراف بتوسع بنفس الجامعة، عضو نقابى وبالكثير من الجمعيات الفنية بمصر والخارج، عضو مؤسس لجمعية فناني أوروبا بالمانيا، عضو اللجنة العليا المنظمة لترينالى القاهرة الدولى للجرافيك الرابع والخامس ورئيس الندوة الدولية لترينالى الجرافيك الخامس، ورئيس للجنة توصيف وتوثيق متحف الجرافيك بالقاهرة، قوميسير صالون الشباب الدورة 16، كما شارك فى الكثير من لجان التحكيم فى معارض ومسابقات محلية ودولية، شارك فى90 معرضًا جماعيًا فى أوروبا والوطن العربى واليابان والصين، أقام 51 معرضًا خاصًا فى التصوير والجرافيك والأعمال المركبة بمصر والخارج ، حصل على 25 جائزة محلية ودولية فى الجرافيك والتصوير والنحت البارز وديكور المسرح والعمل الفنى المركب منها 6 جوائز فى الدورات الستة الأولى لصالون الشباب وأهمها جائزة الدولة التفوق فى الفنون2020 ، جائزة الدولة التشجيعية فى الجرافيك لعام 2001 الجائزة الأولى فى بينالى القاهرة الخامس فى العمل الفنى المركب 1995، الجائزة الكبرى بينالى الإسكندرية لدول البحر الأبيض المتوسط 2003.
Professor & Head of the Graphic Department and former Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Minia University. A mission to Germany from 1995 to 1997 to study a doctorate in book arts at the University of Erfurt, Germany, and he studied lithography extensively at the same university. A syndicate member and many artistic associations in Egypt and abroad. A founding member of the Association of European Artists in Germany. Member of the Higher Organizing Committee of the Fourth and Fifth Cairo International Graphic Triennial, Chairman of the International Symposium for the Fifth Graphic Triennial & Chairman of the Characterization & Documentation Committee of the Graphic Museum in Cairo, Commissaire of the 16th Youth Salon. He also participated in many jury committees in local and international exhibitions and competitions. He participated in 90 group exhibitions in Europe, the Arab world, Japan and China. Held 51 special exhibitions in photography, graphics, and composite works in Egypt and abroad. He won 25 local and international awards in graphics, photography, outstanding sculpture, theater decoration, and complex artwork, including six awards in the first six sessions of the Youth Salon, the most important of which are the State Award Excellence in Arts 2020, the State Encouragement Award in Graphics for the year 2001, the first prize in the Cairo Biennial Fifth in the composite artwork 1995. Grand Prize of the Alexandria Biennale for Mediterranean Countries 2003.
